Ingredients for about twenty chouquettes:
- 75g flour
- 25g butter
- 10g powdered sugar
- 30g granulated sugar
- 12cl water

Now put your dough in a bowl, incorporate an egg and mix until completely absorbed. Repeat the step with the second egg! When the dough becomes smooth and supple, preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Last step: come fill your piping bag and make small circles. It is possible to replace the piping bag with spoons. Sprinkle your little balls with grain sugar you little greedy! Bake 5 min at 200°C then 25 min at 150°C.
