Cookies pépites de chocolat moelleux Cyril Lignac - recette facile et rapide

Mmmm cookies!!! Soft, fluffy and delicious cookies!! What more do you need ?! Their advantage? They delight both the youngest and the oldest! To consume alone, with friends or family in short, for many occasions as much for breakfast, as for a break or a snack, or during the weekend... You have understood it well, it is for everyone and at all times!

Here we offer you a simple, quick and effective recipe, but if you don't like the filling we offer, there are plenty of them: almonds, hazelnuts, white, dark, milk chocolate chips... In short, anything you want!

Ingredients for about twenty cookies:

  • 175g softened butter (soft)
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 120g sugar
  • 6g yeast
  • 300g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 190g dark chocolate chips
  • 190g milk chocolate chips

Directions

In a salad bowl put your softened butter cut into pieces, 120g of caster sugar, 120g of brown sugar, mix with a spatula until it thickens.

Beat your egg and incorporate it in 2 steps to your mixture. Add the yeast and pour in 3 steps your flour.

You're going to have to get your hands dirty! Work the cookie dough with your hands so that you can shape a ball.

Add your filling: here we suggest you add the dark and milk chocolate chips. Always by hand, mix and shape your dough to shape a ball.

Flour your work surface. To save time, preheat your oven to 175 degrees. Roll your dough to get a sort of roll. Cut 2cm thick slices.

Place your palets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. It's ready ! The most painful step: let it cool before tasting! Yes it's tedious but you'll see it will be even better after a little rest!
